Manufacturers work with partstore.online to allow their dealers to sell parts directly on their secure Electronic Parts Catalog using secure integrated dealer stores from partstore.online.

You need to be an authorized dealer for a participating partstore.online Manufacturer.

You must complete the sign up process on this web site. (You will be charged a $100 application fee when you sign up.)

During signup you will be asked information about your business and how you wish to collect payment for sales from your store.

As part of the signup process you will be asked to verify your email address.

You configure your shipping options. (USPS, UPS and FedEx are supported.)

You configure your payment options. (Revenue from sales goes directly to you.)

Once verified you can create a "catalog" for each participating manufacturer you are an authorized dealer for.

When you create a catalog the manufacturer will be notified that you would like to participate in selling replacement parts to end consumers on the manufacturer's electronic parts catalog.

The manufacturer(s) will review the dealer information you provided while creating the catalog and either approve or deny your request(s) to sell parts on the manufacturer's official electronic parts catalog(s).

Once each catalog request is approved then your partstore.online store will be displayed on the associated manufacturer's electronic parts catalog.

End consumers will have the opportunity to purchase items from your store according to the rules determined by partstore.online and the manufacturer.

The rules that determine your stores eligibility are constant across all participating dealerships for any one manufacturer.

End consumers looking for parts are presented with the opportunity to purchase directly from you on the manufacturer's Parts Catalog when the Manufacturer's rules are met.

You receive notifications when orders have been placed.

You fulfill the orders and get paid.
